Brookwood Hills

Established in 1922, Brookwood Hills is one of Atlanta’s earliest planned neighborhoods. Featuring an enclave design, curvilinear streets and a variety of architectural styles, Brookwood Hills has retained its 1920’s era charm even as the area surrounding it has become more developed. Situated across from Piedmont Hospital, and bordered by Peachtree Road and Interstate 85, residents enjoy tree-lined streets, a community swimming pool, tennis courts, park, playground and an active neighborhood association. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Brookwood Hills features a variety of architectural styles from Bungalows and Tudors to Georgians and classic Colonials.
