Professional photos this week. Gorgeous and rare mezzanine level unit with no one above and floor to ceiling windows with a south-facing view. Baths and kitchen have all been renovated recently with the kitchen having been barely used. Master bath features 2 floating vanities and huge Italian tile walk in shower. The unit is the same square footage as the 2 bedroom units only everything is more spacious and luxurious. The master has black out curtains for those morning you want to sleep in and the floor to ceiling windows have sheers for those evenings of entertaining. There is a large balcony and 2 deeded parking spaces. The impressive and modern lobby level has a 24 hour concierge. The community levels have a well appointed gym with Peleton bike and an outdoor rooftop pool, clubroom and balconies with gorgeous view. Midcity lofts is a quiet boutique community right in the heart of the newly developed Ga Tech community. It's far enough away from the chaotic areas of Midtown but close enough to walk if you are looking for that nightlife and it's a short walk to the Woodruff Arts Center.
