Among his many achievements, he brokered “Le Rêve,” a 50,000-square-foot estate on 72 acres that sold for $12 million—the highest residential sale in Atlanta’s history. His portfolio also includes the $6 million sale of 3410 Ridgewood Road, the largest transaction in Fulton County in 2012.
A powerhouse in the industry for more than a decade, Troy brings unmatched knowledge of construction and craftsmanship, having successfully built custom homes himself. This expertise, combined with his relentless drive and client-first philosophy, has cemented his standing in Atlanta’s luxury market. His business thrives almost exclusively on referrals and repeat clients, a testament to his ability to deliver beyond expectations. “My specialty,” Troy says, “is selling the most expensive house in the neighborhood.”
Beyond real estate, Troy is deeply committed to giving back. He volunteers at North Point Community Church, supports families through North Fulton Community Charities, serves as a Make-A-Wish Ambassador and wish grantor, and donates to 100 Black Men of Atlanta.
Troy’s career began in the automotive world with Porsche and BMW, later launching a successful printing and advertising company before finding his true calling in real estate. Originally from Martinsville, Virginia, Troy credits his small-town roots and strong values as the foundation of his success. He and his wife of 30+ years, Melissa, live in Garden Hills with their two sons. When he’s not negotiating record-breaking sales, Troy can often be found pursuing his passion for sports cars.
