Ross Sheppard began his real estate career as a freshman in college, becoming licensed at the age of 18. He attended undergrad at Georgia College for business management followed by grad school at the UGA for historic preservation.
Ross is passionate about helping people achieve goals that they otherwise might not be able to achieve without the help of an expert. He is a sharp negotiator, perceptive advisor, and effective communicator: a skillset that clients rely on throughout the process of buying or selling a home.
In the world of historic preservation, Ross has a broad range of practical hands-on experience rehabilitating and repurposing historic buildings and an understanding of the complex economic and political challenges of historic preservation across the State.
Ross is based out of Milledgeville and also has homes in Atlanta and Savannah, serving all three markets.
