Kristen Mehr brings fourteen years of real estate experience — and an unmistakable enthusiasm for the people behind every deal — to her role as Director of Client Experience & Strategic Operations for The Schiff Team at Ansley. Before joining Leigh and Michael, Kristen built and ran her own boutique brokerage, Truly Fine Homes, where she earned a reputation across Atlanta as a fierce negotiator and an even fiercer advocate for her clients.
Kristen's path to real estate wasn't conventional, and that's exactly what makes her exceptional at it. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Operations for the Mayor of Washington, D.C., building the systems-minded, get-it-done instincts that now shape everything she touches. She brings that same rigor to The Schiff Team, working hand in hand with Leigh to ensure every listing, every client relationship, and every closing runs as seamlessly as it looks from the outside.
Warm and wholehearted, Kristen genuinely loves the people she works with, and she makes sure every client feels like the only one. It's a privilege she doesn't take lightly, and it shows in every transaction.
