Kristy began her real state journey when she and her husband formed their building business in the early 1990s and has had the honor of helping innumerable clients achieve their real estate goals. The couple's passion for making homeownership dreams come true has brought their family through Cherokee County, Cobb County, Fannin County, and Forsyth County, just to name a few.
Kristy launched her career in new home sales with Hutson Realty. She delighted in working alongside a variety of home builders and developers throughout different communities and matching buyers with their dream homes. Before moving her family to Fannin County over 25 years ago, Kristy was even named Forsyth County's Rookie of the Year. Once the North Georgia Mountains became her full-time home, Kristy continued her education and became a real estate broker, as well as began what would be over fifteen years working in real estate law. This allowed Kristy to gain a deeper understanding of real estate and strengthen her local network.
Kristy is renowned for her knowledge, proficiency, and determination. Although she has decades of experience in many aspects of real estate, Kristy believes there is knowledge to be gained daily and won't let a day go by without learning something new. In addition to serving others in real estate, Kristy is active in the community through service with her church and many other local organizations.
