Lois Coccia was named 2025 Realtor of the Year for Fayette County, nominated for Georgia State Realtor of the Year, and is the top individual producer in Ansley Real Estate’s South Office. A Phoenix Award recipient, Lois has spent more than a decade delivering top performance and exceptional service to her clients.
She currently serves as a State Director for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) and as a District Vice President for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, where she earned the prestigious Beacon Award for outstanding leadership.
Deeply committed to her community, Lois has been active in the Peachtree City Rotary Club and is a Major Donor for the Fayette Master Gardener Club, Sunshine Kids Foundation, and RPAC. She has also supported and raised funds for the Breast Cancer Survivor Network, Veterans Advocacy programs, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA), and Two Sparrows Village. This year, Lois is proud to serve as a primary supporter of the Fayette Humane Society Christmas Tour.
