My family was one of the earliest to settle the Fannin County area. We have two mountains, creeks and businesses carrying my family name, Callihan. The family is mentioned in all the Fannin County History Books as the "Callihan Clan" There were 13 total siblings many of whom moved off for work and now have returned to reside in Cashes Valley.  Recently, my Brother Sterling, rebuilt the old Farm House that Sam Callihan raised 10 kids in.  You can't miss it driving down Cashes Valley Road- it is breathtaking.

The Blue Ridge area is booming perhaps because Atlantans have decided that an easy trip up I-575 is a great way to get away without breaking the budget. The area has long been known for its fishing, golf, horseback riding and the train ride through the mountains. Some of the most unique stores, designer jewelry & clothing on East Main Street. We have several restaurants, one of my favorites is Harvest on Main along with Masseria (unique pizza and vegetarian options) and Serenity café. Chester's for Wings and Treo's bar makes a great hangout! We have everything from fishing guides, Real estate companies, to antique stores and some of the finest shopping & dining around..with every visit you will find the desire that so many have to enjoy the lifestyle that our Mountain Town has to offer you.

Personal
Being raised with a tight knit Family that settled this area in the early 1800's, I grew up riding my horse into the beautiful trails of Cashes valley - it is one of the more sought out locations of Fannin County. I consider mountain property and cabins to be my specialty.

Specialization
My specialty is People Pleasing, which means I won't be happy until I have found what you are looking for.
