After a career with Delta Airlines, I obtained my Georgia Real Estate License in 2001 & hit the ground running! I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for my total sales volume within my first year. I have an incessant amount of energy, a positive attitude to a fault and coupled with my degree in psychology, I feel I am providing my clients the valuable skills in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers and effectively marketing my client's listings. I am enthusiastic with my profession and my dedication for my clients has led me to earn several national designations including Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Resort and Second Homwe Property Specialist (RSPS) and the esteemed GRI-Graduate, REALTOR Institute. I have several interests that attracted me to the Blue Ridge area including trout fishing, hiking & mountain biking plus the adorable shops and restaurants in town and that fresh mountain air! I fell in love with Blue Ridge and purchased a farmhouse years ago to use as a second home/vacation income producing property with a plan to eventually retire to the area. Each time I visited my investment property, I truly did not want to leave and decided to forgo waiting down the road to live life on my terms. In 2016, I made the farm my primary residence. Since my move here, I have tried to be a valued member of the community. I was previously the Coordinator of Fannin County CERT and am currently the POI of Fannin County. (Public Information Officer). I am also a Nationally recognized EMT for the purpose of helping my rural neighbors in need as a First Responder.
As you get to know me, you will find that I absolutely love animals and am a committed horse-rescuer. Currently sharing my home with 2 wonderful "forever home" horses and my four loving and loyal Bernadoodles who you might see in town or on hiking trails with me.
I am tremendously knowledgeable about second-homes, incoming producing properties (since the majority of my business involves second/vacation rental homes), plus equine and large parcel properties as well. Being an outdoor enthusiast, I do have an advantage of knowing several wonderful areas from trout fishing spots, hiking and biking trails, kayaking/tubing areas and lake access points for buyer's seeking creek, riverfront, and also, those seeking mountain views! Another words, I know the areas!
