Caroline Williams Hartley began working in the real estate industry early in her career. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Auburn University, she worked in public relations managing high end lifestyle and tech sector clients at prestigious Atlanta PR firms. Her natural curiosity, outgoing personality, and passion for marketing and design led her to explore an interest in residential real estate.

An Atlanta native and Woodward Academy Alumnus, Caroline grew up in the real estate world, learning the construction side of the industry watching her father work in the custom home building business. Throughout her work in PR, her interest in real estate and interior design remained, and eventually led to her work in marketing and operations for a high-performing real estate team. Before long, she decided to get licensed and pursue a career in residential sales.

A self-proclaimed extrovert, Caroline strives for a full and authentic life, emphasizing the importance of learning and growth as a key to providing the best experience for her clients. "I'm a big believer in the saying there is no such thing as a stupid question. Everything is an opportunity to learn something, and that has value." As a trusted advisor to her real estate clients, Caroline provides expert guidance and impeccable attention to detail.

Outside of helping her clients navigate their most important real estate decisions, Caroline makes the most of her growing hometown and meeting new people in the area. Caroline currently lives in Wildwood with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys seeing the progression of culture and design throughout the city and keeping up with the newest hotspots around town. Caroline is close with her family, including three brothers, and a vast group of friends who grew up together.

As a member of the Mallen-Johnson Group at Ansley Real Estate, she shares the team's passion for giving back. She is an executive member of the Shepherd Center Junior Committee, overseeing fundraising responsibilities, and since 2022, has helped host the Quiet Hero Party each year to benefit the ALS Association, the Emory ALS Center, and the FACT Relief Foundation.
