Caroline Hartley is a residential real estate advisor with Hartley + Whitaker Real Estate Partners at Ansley Real Estate. A true Atlanta native and Woodward Academy alumna, Caroline combines deep local knowledge with a passion for design, marketing, and helping clients navigate every stage of the buying and selling process.
Growing up around Atlanta real estate through her father's real estate development business sparked Caroline's early appreciation for homes, architecture, and thoughtful design. After graduating from Auburn University and beginning her career in public relations, she transitioned into real estate through marketing and operations for a top-producing Atlanta team before moving into residential sales full time.
Known for her thoughtful approach, strong communication, and attention to detail, Caroline is passionate about creating a seamless and personalized experience for her clients. She especially loves helping buyers discover Atlanta's intown neighborhoods and marketing homes in a way that highlights what makes them special.
Caroline lives in Wildwood with her husband, Will, their daughter Scottie, and their black lab Ally, and French bulldog Ralphie. Outside of real estate, she enjoys keeping up with Atlanta's ever-evolving restaurant and design scene and spending time with family and friends around the city.
