Chris Norris exclusively dedicates his commercial real estate talents and experience to Ansley Real Estate. He has experience representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in the industrial, office, and retail segments. Chris also has extensive knowledge of land transactions and the use and zoning processes necessary to bring a project to completion.
Chris was the Broker/Owner of Jackson & King Agency, Inc. which was established in 1956 as a real estate firm that represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in both residential and commercial real estate. In Chris' tenure at Jackson & King he converted the brokerage into a strictly commercial real estate firm and continued to practice residential real estate through other business partnerships. In 2022, Chris brought his residential real estate practice to Ansley Real Estate and converted Jackson & King Agency into a property management firm.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Chris received his master's degree from California State University at Fullerton and earned his real estate salesperson's license in 2003. Chris was awarded Rookie of the Year from the Cobb Association of Realtors in 2004 and has been an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors since that time. A resident of Marietta with his wife Anna, son Zach, and daughter Rebecca, Chris is an ardent chef, poor golfer, and sometimes good tennis player. If given a choice, he would be on a boat fishing the backwaters of the Gulf of Mexico.
