A graduate of the University of Georgia's College of Environment+Design (2000) and former urban designer, Jason Kersey has been involved in a number of local, national, and international planning and design efforts prior to his successes as a residential real estate expert; most notably the Atlanta Beltline as well as expeditionary planning efforts for the United States Air Force in Afghanistan. The exemplary service and expertise Jason provides his Clients are products of his dynamic career history and are rooted in his meticulous attention to detail, ensuring Clients are heard and understood, transparent communication style - facilitating prompt, effective, and courteous discourse with Clients, and a Client service approach that prioritizes the Client experience over sales volume.
Whether assisting first-timers or those well-experienced with the home buying and selling process, Jason's primary goal is to assist his Clients in navigating the purchase and/or sale of property efficiently and effectively so to yield the absolute best possible outcome at the closing table. And for the better part of a decade, he has successfully managed to achieve this goal while maintaining a pace of business that has allowed him to retain a 100% Client focus without the need for agent assistants or third-party contract coordinators. Jason and his partner of nearly 20 years call the beautiful Buckhead neighborhood of Pine Hills home with their senior pup, Carlos. They share a love of in-town living and are active members of the Atlanta Botanical Garden. An avid design, photography, and automotive enthusiast, Jason can occasionally be found showing his classic, 35 year old BMW.
