Originally from suburban Detroit, Michigan, Patrick has called the Virginia Highland neighborhood of Atlanta home for the 10+ years, and has an in-depth understanding of the Intown market. He has worked with a variety of clients, including individuals and in-town developers, to successfully sell properties throughout Atlanta, including Tribute Lofts, LaFrance Street Lofts, 335 West Ponce, and White Provision. Many of these projects are now investment properties for Patrick.
Prior to his career in real estate, Patrick graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology and worked as a wholesale wallstreet broker for the GFI group Cantor Fitzgerald in New York City for 12 years. He assisted in managing liquidity for bond swap portfolios on multi-billion dollar accounts for clients such as JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Citi, and Bank of America.
Outside of his career, Patrick enjoys exploring the great outdoors and engaging in activities such as camping, hiking, adventure motorcycling, dirt biking, and fishing. He has always thrived in large metropolitan areas like NYC, LA, Atlanta, and Detroit, and enjoys the opportunity to decompress in nature during his downtime.
