Originally from suburban Detroit, Michigan, Patrick has called Atlanta's Virginia-Highland neighborhood home for more than a decade, giving him deep knowledge of the intown market and its evolving communities. He has worked with a broad range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to experienced developers, and has been involved in the successful sales and marketing of notable Atlanta properties including Tribute Lofts, LaFrance Street Lofts, 335 West Ponce, and White Provision. Several of these properties also became part of his personal investment portfolio.
Before transitioning into real estate, Patrick graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology and spent 12 years in New York City as a wholesale Wall Street broker with GFI Group/Cantor Fitzgerald. In that role, he worked with major financial institutions including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Citi, and Bank of America, helping manage liquidity for multi-billion-dollar bond swap portfolios.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys pickleball, camping, hiking, and adventure motorcycling. In addition to Atlanta, he has also called New York City (Manhattan and Brooklyn), Los Angeles, and suburban Detroit home, experiences that continue to shape his appreciation for vibrant urban communities and diverse neighborhoods.
