Savannah: Historic Real Estate Expertise

Ross has owned historic properties since 2009 and has personally overseen three major restorations since 2018, including a full renovation of a historic home on Taylor Square in downtown Savannah in 2022. In addition to living downtown, he owns and operates three short-term vacation rentals in the historic district — giving him hands-on experience with the permitting, restoration costs, and rental performance that buyers and sellers actually deal with in neighborhoods like the Landmark Historic District, Victorian Historic District, and Starland. In addition to hands-on experience, Ross attended the University of Georgia for the graduate program in, making him one of the few agents in Savannah's luxury market with formal preservation training alongside real transaction history.

Ross grew up going to Lake Sinclair, boating the coves around Rocky Creek before he ever held a real estate license. That background shows up in how he works the lake today: he represents buyers and sellers across Baldwin, Putnam, and Hancock counties, and his sister Anna Sheppard — who works alongside him — lives in the lake area closest to Milledgeville.
