Jennie Kushner
770.595.5091Atlanta native Jennie Kushner was born and bred with real estate in her blood.
The daughter of one of the city's biggest commercial developers, Kushner has followed in her father and brother's footsteps by being a pivotal, predominate player in some of the most influential deals and developments the South has seen.
An alumna of The University of Alabama, she majored in Journalism & was apart of the Tuscaloosa News team that won a Pulitzer Prize for their coverage of the devastating 2011 F4 tornado.
She got her real estate license at age 24.
By 27, she got her Broker license, making her one of the youngest Brokers in the history of Atlanta to date. She holds an Associate Broker license in Georgia, South Carolina, and Utah.
She boasts a strong resume of awards and accomplishments. In February 2023, @atproperties Developmentgroup | @ansleyrealestate officially recognized Kushner as their #1 producing agent companywide.
Kushner sold $56 million in closed/pending volume in 2022. She won the New Construction Top Producer category in 2019, 2020, and 2022.
She served as the Division Sales Manager for the 9th largest home builder in the United States, Century Homes, a publicly traded company.
She has worked in Park City, Utah, with the most prestigious builders, developers, architects, in Deer Valley, The Colony, and Promontory Club.
Since 2021, Kushner has been the on-site Real Estate Sales Associate at the Ford Field and River Club. She serves as the in house Broker Associate for Ansley.
She is an avid artist known for her abstract acrylics on canvas. She grew up on a large equestrian farm and is thankful for her humbling roots.
A true athlete at heart, she was offered multiple scholarships to play basketball in college. She was the golf team captain, ran track and cross country. She still loves to run, shoot hoops, and working on her golf game.
Most recently though, Kushner has become a dedicated advocate and supporter as her brother, Henry, fights a rare and aggressive form of stage 4 cancer.
Kushner resides in the Historic District of Savannah, Georgia. She is the proud Mom of a Saint Bernard, Wellington.
