Emeri Griffin is a licensed Georgia Realtor and the Director of Operations for Ansley Developer Services. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Marketing, she began her real estate career in 2022 as a Marketing Associate with Ansley Developer Services, managing marketing operations and strategic campaigns for new-construction, condo conversions, and master-planned communities across Georgia, Illinois, Wisconsin, and beyond.

In her current role, Emeri oversees the day-to-day operations of sales across a diverse portfolio of developments and resales ranging from $350,000 to $5 million. Her experience spans high-rise condominiums, boutique buildings, townhomes, single-family residences, and estate-style homes. She has successfully guided both developers and individual sellers in positioning their properties for maximum exposure and value.

In addition to her development expertise, Emeri has hands-on experience listing and selling resale homes throughout Georgia, including Atlanta, Buford, Flowery Branch, and Hamilton Mill. She combines her marketing background with a strong operational focus to deliver results-driven strategies and client-focused service.
