Kelly and April have known each other for over a decade and have worked on multiple projects together in the years before their business partnership. Given that both Kelly and April have relocated several times in different states and cities, from Missouri, Indiana, Florida and Georgia, they both understand the value of home and community and are at ease guiding their clients with finding their perfect home. Living currently in and around Paulding county, Cobb county, and Bartow county, Kelly and April enjoy finding the best communities and homes for their clients as well as understanding the local market on a high level to maximize the equity for each home seller.

Having lived in metro Atlanta for 20 plus years, Kelly offers experience and a well developed network in the community that provides her clients with knowledgeable guidance in making decisions while purchasing and selling their homes.

April had the benefit of living in Dallas and Cartersville Georgia since 2007 and has enjoyed being a part of the community there. Having a background in coaching and education, April loves to incorporate those same skills in the real estate process to ensure a more pleasant and organized real estate transaction for each client. 

Together, Kelly and April have organized the real estate process to provide clear next step communication for each client as well as providing top notch weekly marketing, from videos and high end ads to agent to agent marketing and more.
