Born and raisd in Upstate New York, Kim developed a strong appreciation for community, homeownership, and the value of hard work early in her life. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration building a strong foundation in sales, marketing and business development. Kim began her real estate career in 2011 when she obtained her New York State real estate license. Demonstrating a strong cmmittment to her profession, she advanced her credientials by earning her New York State Broker's License in 2017. When moving to North Georgia in 2019, Kim expanded her career to the Nrth Atlanta market and continued to grow professionally by obtaining her Georgia Broker's license in 2021making her dually licensed inboth New York State and Georgia.
