With over two decades of experience in Atlanta real estate, Blair brings a deep understanding of the city's market, its neighborhoods, and its people. Blair began her career in 2002 with Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, where she served as a Closing Coordinator before quickly moving into onsite sales within the condominium and townhome division. During that time, she successfully represented properties ranging from the $200,000s to over $1 million, gaining valuable insight into all tiers of the market.

Following her success in sales, Blair transitioned to the development side of the business, working in-house with Tivoli Properties and The Radco Companies. This experience gave her a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective on new construction, marketing strategies, and what truly drives value in a property.

In 2010, Blair expanded her expertise into the residential resale market, where she continues to serve her clients with dedication, market knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping them achieve their real estate goals.

An Atlanta native, Blair combines her lifelong connection to the city with a professional track record built on integrity, experience, and results. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her two sons and taking in all that Atlanta has to offer.
