With over six years of real estate experience and more than $70 million in lifetime sales, Beth Mitchell is known for her deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a personal, client-first approach. From the serene Jasper mountains to the vibrant streets of Atlanta—and everywhere in between—Beth has helped clients buy and sell with confidence across North Metro Atlanta, Lake Lanier, and the city of Atlanta.

Beth works with a diverse range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to families selling cherished legacy estates. One of her most notable accomplishments was marketing and selling the historic Bona Allen Mansion in Buford, Georgia, which earned features in Robb Report and Mansion Global. Her ability to blend strategy with storytelling makes her listings stand out and her transactions seamless.

Before real estate, Beth built a successful career in pharmaceutical management and sales, where she honed her skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership. She also owned a portrait photography business, adding an artistic lens to her work that gives her a competitive edge in marketing homes.

A proud graduate of Florida State University—Go Noles!—Beth holds a double major in Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management and Marketing. Her educational foundation, coupled with real-world experience, allows her to expertly guide her clients through every aspect of the buying or selling process.

Outside of real estate, Beth is a proud wife of 23 years and mother to three college students, all of whom were multi-sport varsity athletes in the North Gwinnett cluster. The youngest attends Auburn University, the middle is a collegiate softball player and the oldest is finishing her degree at University of North Georgia. 

Her family now calls Lake Lanier home, where they enjoy boating, paddle boarding, and spending time with their rescue dog, Millie.
