Born and raised in the South into an active family whose livelihood was anchored in a thriving real estate business, it was a natural fit when Brian Williams followed their footsteps into the industry. Brian entered the dynamic world of real estate as a licensee in 1998. Today he is well-respected Associate Broker with Ansley Real Estate Christie's International and the prior Director of Sales at one of Northern Utah's most exciting ski resort developments, Powder Mountain. Over the past 25 years, Brian has consistently been a top producer and has been deeply involved in numerous areas of real estate. He has specialized in residential developments, resales and resort/vacation properties. After years of hands-on experience, Brian knows that rather than simply buying or selling a property, his clients are looking for a way to create a tangible legacy for themselves and their families.
In 2016, Brian and his family were ready to experience a new area of the world and found themselves immersed in the quality of life offered by the resort community of Park City Utah where Brian became the Director of Sales at Powder Mountain. Early on, the development was sold by invitation only, and this unique selling style enabled Brian to travel the globe meeting potential buyers and inviting them to come see and experience the exciting development firsthand. In 2020 when Brian had sold over $300M in ski lots the strategy needed to shift. It now merited the collaboration with a global brand to market the project further. Brian chose Summit Sotheby's International Realty, where he maintained sales volume that kept him as one of the top ten agents companywide year-over-year. The resort was bought in 2023 by Reed Hastings, CEO and Founder of Netflix and that development took a turn in a new direction. As fate would have it, the family was ready to head back to their southern roots and chose East Cobb to reside. This choice was heavily weighted based on the schools his girls would attend.
Brian is known for his calm, relaxed demeanor as well as his ability to listen and understand his clients' needs. A firm believer in hard work and never settling, Brian's extensive experience over the past 25 years has left him well-prepared to represent both individual clients as well as large-scale developments. He prides himself on managing one of the largest asset classes in the world, homeownership.
He and his wife also own Promote It Utah, and Promote it Georgia, a full-scale promotional products and custom apparel business. They live in East Cobb with their two daughters, who keep their parents extremely busy and laughing. When Brian is not actively working you may find him on a golf course or on his motorcycle. Their family enjoys traveling the world together, finding a new surf break or simply spending time together outside exploring the beautiful state they call home.
